What is included in the bundle offer?

Each bundle includes official EC-Council eCourseware (video streaming training materials), iLab Access (hands-on virtual labs), and an Exam Voucher.

Do I need prior IT or cybersecurity experience to enroll in the training courses?

Not always. We offer both beginner-friendly and advanced courses depending on your experience level and career goals.
Can I contact someone before enrolling?

How do I access my course after purchase?

Once your order is processed, EC-Council team will send your login credentials directly to the email address you provided during checkout. This usually happens within three (3) to five (5) business days.

If you have not received your credentials within 5 business days, please contact us via the Contact Us page or on Whatsapp (58519622) with your order number. We will resolve it promptly. 
Are there any prerequisites to follow the training?

There are no formal prerequisites for our entry-level courses. However, a basic understanding of Information Technology infrastructure, computer networks and cybersecurity is recommended.

Specialized or advanced courses will list the specific prerequisites necessary on the individual course description page. 
How long do I get access to the course materials?

You will have access to the eCourseware for one year (1-year) and iLab for six months (6-months) from date of purchase. Access duration may vary by course. Please refer to the individual course page for exact duration.
What format are the exams?

All exams are conducted online through the official EC-Council Exam Portal. They typically include multiple choice questions and may also contain hands-on practical/lab-based questions, depending on the course. 
What payment method do you accept? 

We accept major credit/debit cards. You can process your transaction either through our website payment gateway or through ABSA direct bank payment gateway send to you through SMS (ABSA Spark SMS link payment gateway). 
Can I get a refund?

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We provide digital products and thus refund eligibility does not apply as reservation of the training program is done almost instantaneously, once the training course has been purchased.
